Loch Sheldrake man arrested for felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

On March 14, 2018 at approximately 11:00 a.m., New York State Police at Wurtsboro arrested Christopher Pisanello of Loch Sheldrake, NY for felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.

Troopers conducted a traffic stop for an expired inspection on State Route 42 in the town of Thompson. The driver of the vehicle, Christopher Pisaniello, was determined to be under the influence of drugs/narcotics. He was placed under arrest for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (felony) and transported to the Wurtsboro barracks where he was processed without incident. Additional charges include Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Mr. Pisaniello was arraigned in the town of Mamakating and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail.
