Pawling man arrested for DWI
DWI: Stephen E. Rehberger, 34, of Pawling, was arrested by state police in Ulster at 10:53 p.m. Sunday on Washington Avenue on charges of unlicensed operation, a felony, and drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He has also issued a traffic ticket for a motor vehicle violation (no license). Rehberger was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
