New Jersey man arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

On February 28, 2018, Wurtsboro Troopers arrested John Gobbetti, age 50, of River Vale, NJ for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.   Gobbetti was stopped on ST-17 in the town of Mamakating and found to be in possession of Suboxone.   It was determined that he was impaired and charged with Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, both misdemeanors.   He was released to a third party and is scheduled to appear in the town of Mamakating Court on March 8, 2018, at 8:30 am.
