Wappinger, New York – February 24, 2018, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks are attempting to locate a missing and endangered individual.
Rosa Valentin, age 51, of Wappinger was last seen on February 23, 2018, near Scarborough Lane in the town of Wappinger wearing a red blouse and black pants. Valentin is diabetic without medication and possibly experiencing a medical emergency. Valentin operates a 2015 Hyundai Accent bearing New York Registration HAY8282.
