Columbia County man arrested for Rape 1st

PRESS RELEASE
Columbia County, New York – On February 23, 2018, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Andrew Nelson, age 22, for Rape in the 1st degree, a class B felony.
An investigation by the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center determined Nelson has sexual contact with a victim less than 13 years of age.
Nelson was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
