Patterson man arrested for sexual conduct with a child

Patterson, New York – On February 16, 2018, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Anthony Marino, age 61, of Patterson, for Sexual Conduct with a Child in the 1st degree, a class B felony, Sexual Misconduct, Forcible Touching, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all class A misdemeanors.

In August of 2017, possible sexual abuse was reported to the State Police involving Marino and a child less than 13 years of age.  An investigation determined that Marino had engaged in sexual conduct with a child multiple times in the town of Patterson.

Marino was arraigned before the town of Patterson Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
