There are three way to help the PRC help others this winter, and all three ways are easy, fun, and will make a big difference to our neighbors in need!

1.Our local Hannaford store has selected The Pawling Resource Center as the March recipient of the  Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag Program!  For every Fight Hunger Bag sold during the month of March, The PRC will receive a $1 donation!

2.  Pawling has a group of civic-minded restaurant owners, bakers, and food merchants who have banded together to promote their businesses while benefiting a good cause! This group of Pawling merchants has created a fun tee shirt that promotes their varied establishments.  Profits from the sale of these snazzy tees (which are for sale at the Family Quick Stop) will be donated to benefit the many programs and services offered at the Pawling Resource Center.  These generous participating businesses include: Tap House Tavern, Family Quick Stop & Gas, McGrath’s Tavern, O’Connor’s Public House, The Blue Olive, Village Pizza, The Bakeria, Vinny’s Deli & Pasta, Gaudino’s Pizzeria and McKinney & Doyle.

3. Once again the PRC  will be the recipient of the Volz Auto Group monthly fundraiser, for February.   The PRC will receive a donation from Volz based on the number of “votes” they get.  Please go to:

So… buy something nifty for yourself or go online and vote at Volz for your hometown charity.
