Athens man arrested for unauthorized use and aggravated unlicensed operation in Wingdale

Dover, New York – On January 25, 2018, the New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested Ivan N. Latimore, age 43, of Athens, NY, for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, a class A misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Troopers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle operated by Latimore on State Route 22 in the Wingdale area of Dover at approximately 11:45 a.m., for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation during the stop found that Latimore had more than three suspensions on his license and was using the vehicle without permission from the owner.
Latimore was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Dover Court on February 1, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
