State Police arrest five for Driving While Intoxicated

On January 8, 2018, State Police Monroe, arrested Carlos Lopez-Perez, 26, of Woodbury, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Turner Road in the town of Woodbury when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On January 8, 2018, State Police Liberty, arrested William Scuderi, 47, of Loch Sheldrake, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Anawana Lake Road in the town of Thompson when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On January 9, 2018, State Police Highland, arrested Sarah Biglane, 21, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 208 in the town of Gardiner when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On January 9, 2018, State Police Haverstraw, arrested April Josepher, 25, of Suffern, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 59 in the town of Clarkstown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On January 9, 2018, State Police Coxsackie, arrested Steven Daley, 60, of Earltown, NY for DWI. Troopers responded to a 911 call of a vehicle stuck in a ditch on State Route 81 in the town of Coxsackie. Upon interviewing the operator Troopers determined that he was impaired by alcohol and subsequently arrested.
