Patchogue woman arrested for attempting to smuggle pills into Green Haven Correctional Facility

PRESS RELEASE

 

Beekman, New York – On January 4, 2018 the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Sabrina Marks, age 61, of Patchogue, NY, for Introducing Contraband into a Prison in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.

On January 4, 2018 Corrections Officers from Green Haven Correctional Facility contacted Troopers regarding Marks attempting to smuggle multiple prescription medications into the facility after a large number of pills were found hidden on her person.

Marks was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Beekman Court on January 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
