State Police arrest 6 for Driving While Impaired

On January 2, 2018, State Police Haverstraw, arrested Miriam Wolfson, 55, of New City, NY for DWI. She was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Stony Point when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 2, 2018, State Police Highland, arrested Forrest Brown, 80, of Clintondale, NY for DWAI. He was observed in a parking lot in the town of Lloyd. When approached by the trooper it was determined that he was impaired by alcohol. He was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired.
On January 2, 2018, State Police Middletown, arrested Michael Ketcham, 37, of Otisville, NY for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Ballard Road in the town of Wallkill he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On January 2, 2018, State Police Liberty, arrested Sherry Bentley, 48, of Monticello, NY for DWI. Troopers responded to a 911 call for a vehicle stuck in the front lawn of a residence on Stroebele Drive in the Town of Thompson. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 3, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County), arrested Damien Rodriguez, 24, of Monroe, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Dolson Avenue in the city of Middletown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 3, 2018, State Police Ellenville, arrested Erik Andersson, 26, of Gardiner, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Gardiner when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
