State Police arrest five for Driving While Intoxicated

On December 21, 2017, State Police Coxsackie, arrested Vincent Kelly, 23, of Preston Hollow, NY for DWI. He was traveling on County Road 67A in the town of Durham when he was involved in a vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 21, 2017, State Police Ellenville, arrested Scott Wingard, 25, of Cottekill, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Rochester when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 21, 2017, State Police Highland, arrested Emilio Saquij, 28, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Lloyd when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 21, 2017, State Police Haverstraw, arrested Edgar Rivera, 21, of New Windsor, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 21, 2017, State Police Monroe, arrested Kimberly Springman, 33, of Garnerville, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 17M in the town of Monroe when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
