Germantown man arrested for DWI and Possession of Marijuana after crash from November 12, 2017

Germantown, New York – On December 19, 2017, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Jordan T. Dixon, age 20, of Germantown, for Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 5th degree, a class B misdemeanor, Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both unclassified misdemeanors, and several Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.
On November 12, 2017, Troopers investigated a motor vehicle crash involving a passenger vehicle into a utility pole. The operator Dixon, who had an odor of an alcoholic beverage was taken to Albany Medical Center because of his injuries. In the vehicle, Troopers found approximately 43.8 grams of marijuana. After further investigation and Dixon’s release from Albany Medical Center he appeared at SP Livingston to be processed.
Dixon was issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Germantown Court on December 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
