State Police arrest Highland Mills man for two counts of Robbery 1st Degree

On December 18, 2017, The New York State Police at Monroe announce the arrest of John F. Elliott, age 30 from Highland Mills, NY for two counts of Robbery 1st Degree and one count of Robbery 3rd Degree.
Elliott was charged with the armed robbery that occurred on December 23rd, 2016 at Charming Charlie located in Monroe, NY. Additionally, Elliott was charged with the armed Valentine’s Day robbery of Edible Arrangements in Monroe on February 14, 2017. Finally, he was also charged with the robbery of Sally Beauty supply store located in Monroe from December 12, 2017.
Elliott was arraigned in the Town of Wallkill and was remanded to the Orange County Jail pending further court appearance. Bail was set at $350,000 cash bail or $1,000,000 bond.
