Fishkill man arrested for felony DWI

East Fishkill, New York – On December 6, 2017, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Patrick A. Pierre-Saint, age 39, of Fishkill, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, both class E felonies, Use of a Vehicle Without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor, Reckless Driving, an unclassified misdemeanor, and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.

Troopers observed a 2003 Honda Accord traveling on State Route 376 in the town of East Fishkill in violation of several vehicle and traffic law sections and initiated a traffic stop.  The operator, Pierre-Saint demonstrated obvious signs of impairment and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.  Continued investigation found Pierre-Saint was operating his vehicle while intoxicated, with a license currently suspended for refusing to submit to a prior chemical test.

Pierre-Saint was arraigned before the East Fishkill justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
