Amenia’s Youth Theater will present, Holiday Musical Revue ‘17

 

 

 

Amenia’s Youth Theater will present, Holiday Musical Revue ‘17 at the Amenia Town Hall Auditorium, 4988 Route 22, Amenia, NY on Saturday, December 9th at 6:30 pm, and Sunday, December 10th at 3:00 pm.  This free performance, appropriate for all ages, will bring to life familiar songs from movies such as “Polar Express” and “Nightmare before Christmas” and musicals such as “Elf”, as well as traditional holiday tunes. Youth Theater students will be singing, waltzing and tap dancing throughout the program beautifully scripted and choreographed for each student by Instructor Heather Holohan-Guarnieri.

The Amenia Youth Theater, a group of dedicated 2nd through High School students, have been working with Mrs. Holohan-Guarnieri each Saturday from 10 to 1 pm at Amenia Town Hall since Sept. 16, 2017. Performers include Georgia Chinn, Olivia Chinn, Ella Compitello, Sonia Kowalczyk, Emma Manning, Grace Manning, Sophia Marcus, Gwen Masina, Khyra McClennon, Gissel Oros, Zoe Romanowski, Lindsay Smith, Gussie Smith, Gabriela Titone, Kaylee Whitehead.

Amenia’s Free Theater Arts Program and Holiday Musical Revue ’17 was made possible through a grant from Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation’s Northeast Dutchess Fund, and with funds from the Decentralization Program, a re-grant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.
