November 14, 2017 – The New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Robert E. Blossom, age 44, of Poughkeepsie, and Kiswana S. Wright, age 27, of Williamsport, PA, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, a Class D Felony, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.

Troopers stopped Blossom for a vehicle and traffic law infraction and detected an odor of marihuana.  Further investigation yielded approximately 2.5 grams of crack-cocaine, a scale with cocaine residue, and approximately 3.8 grams of marihuana.  Blossom’s license was also suspended.

Blossom and Wright were arraigned before the Town of Lagrange Justice Court.  Blossom was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond, and Wright was remanded in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
