Christopher Mikelinich, 52, of Wingdale, was arrested on a warrant at 11:33 a.m. Oct. 17 in Copake and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He had a court date set for Oct. 25.
