INCIDENT: Missouri Teen charged with Promoting sexual act by a child
On October 30, 2017 the Hyde Park Police School Resource Officer was alerted to a male who was attempting to gain entry to the FDR High School. The male, later identified as Logan L Killmanof Sarcoxie Mo, went to the high school in an attempt to drop off an item to a 14 year old student. Officers immediately began an investigation. Killman advised he met a 14 year old online andcame to New York to reside with her. At the conclusion of the investigation Killman was chargedwith below listed charges.
Killman was arraigned in front of Judge McArthur and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $40,000 cash or $80,000 bail bond He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Hyde Park JusticeCourt on November 14, 2017 at 9:00 am.
