Garrison man arrested for stealing from his employer

Somers, New York – On October 23, 2017, the New York State Police in Somers arrested Brian C. Reiniger, age 47, of Garrison, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

Troopers received a larceny complaint from his employer, Whispering Pine Nursery which is located in the Town of Somers.  Reiniger is alleged to have stolen over $5,000 worth of nursery stock items and gardening supplies from Whispering Pine in order to conduct landscaping work at a customer’s residence in Yorktown, NY, which was not approved by his employer.

Reiniger was charged with the felony of Grand Larceny in the 3^rd Degree, and his case is on-going in the Town of Somers Court.
