Muhamet Kabashi, 47, of Poughquag man was arrested Tuesday after he struck a resident in the arm with a metal pipe in Mohegan Lake.
Kabashi, was charged with assault in the third degree, a Class D felony and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a Class D felony.
The Police reports states that a man called police on Sunday, Oct. 15 saying that on the previous Wednesday, Oct. 11, Kabashi attacked him, causing him pain.
After a police investigation, Kabashi turned himself in and was released on $2,500 bail.
Kabashi is due back in court on Nov. 28. 2017
