On October 5, 2017, the New York state Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested John M. Barberan, age 52, of Fishkill, New York, for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony.
An investigation revealed that between September 2017 to October 2017 Barberan stole over $1,300 from his employer.
Barberan was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Wappinger Court on October 19, 2017, at 5:30 PM.
