Rhinebeck, New York – On October 4, 2017 the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Patricia R. Kennedy, age 56, of Tivoli, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.
Kennedy was an employee at the Mobil Gas Station on State Route 9 and State Route 9G in Rhinebeck, where she was a cashier. Over several months Kennedy stole approximately $8,465 in US Currency from the ATM machine, as well as money from the registers during the course of business.
Kennedy was arraigned before the Town of Rhinebeck Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Kennedy is next scheduled to appear before the Town of Rhinebeck Justice Court on October 10, 2017, at 10:00 AM.
