SP Brewster – Ossining man arrested for burglary

Patterson, New York – On September 29, 2017 the State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Thomas R. Griffin, age 52, of Ossining, NY, for Burglary of a Dwelling in the 2ndDegree, a Class C Felony.
State Police received a complaint of a burglary on Vega Road in the Town of Patterson on September 16, 2017. Continued investigation found the suspect, Griffin, borrowed a truck from his employer and enlisted the help of a co-worker under the auspices of collecting belongings from his ex-girlfriend’s residence.
Griffin was arraigned before the Town of Patterson Justice Court and released on his own recognizance and an Order of Protection was issued in favor of the victim.
