SP Livingston – Clermont man arrested for Sexual Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child

PRESS RELEASE
Clermont, New York – September 23, 2017, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Keith E. Pierson, age 23, of Clermont, NY, for Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Columbia County 911 dispatched the State Police to a report of Sexual Acts committed by a 23-year-old towards a child less than 13 years of age.

Pierson was arraigned before the town of Germantown Justice Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $5000 cash bail or $10,000 property bond.  If waived, Pierson is next scheduled to appear before the Town of Clermont Justice Court on September 28, 2017, at 5:00 PM.
