PRESS RELEASE
North East, New York – September 2, 2017, the New York State Police arrested George T. Miles III, age 30, of Copake, NY, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child a Class A Misdemeanor.

This arrest occurred after Troopers were advised of an incident that occurred in a home in the Town of North East.  The investigation determined that Miles had acted in a manner injurious to the wellbeing of a child.

Miles was located by State Police in New Lebanon, NY.  He was arraigned in the Town of Amenia Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 property bond.
