East Fishkill – The Dutchess County Drug Task Force arrested Rodney Lowe of East Fishkill after 150 bags of heroin, six pounds of marijuana, cocaine and crack cocaine were found at his 128 Blue Hill Road residence. Scales and packaging materials were also found while searching Lowe’s home.
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit, East Fishkill Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Agency White Plains Tactical Diversion Squad assisted at the scene.
Lowe 43 was arraigned in Town of East Fishkill Court and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell . Lowe was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
