Alyssa Jaccino, 20, of Poughquag, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:20 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 on the Mid-Hudson Bridge and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and with unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Jaccino was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
