State Police in Wappinger arrest Watervliet man for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child

PRESS RELEASE
On September 1, 2017, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Michael P. Razzano, age 27, of Watervliet, New York, for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class D Felony.

 An investigation in conjunction with State Police in Latham, Troop G, revealed that Razzano had sent child pornography to a complainant whom he had met on a dating website.

 Razzano was arraigned at the Town of Wappinger Justice Court, and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash or $50,000 bond. If waived, Razzano is scheduled for appearance at the Town of Wappinger Justice Court on September 5, 2017 at 5:30 PM.
