State Police Highland arrest Ulster man for having sexual contact with a minor

PRESS RELEASE

Highland, New York – On July 23, 2017, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Highland barracks arrested SEAN ROFF, age 25, of Ulster, New York, for Rape second degree, a Class D Felony, Criminal Sexual Act in the second degree a Class D Felony, and Disseminating Indecent Material to a minor in the second degree, a Class E Felony. He was arraigned in the T/Plattekill Court by Town Judge MURPHY and remanded to the Ulster county Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond.
