Yonkers woman arrested following traffic stop conducted on the Taconic State Parkway

PRESS RELEASE

Yorktown, New York – On March 7, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barrack arrested Emily S. Vallario, 32 years old, of Yonkers, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Vallario was operating on the Taconic State Parkway for speeding. While speaking with Vallario, Troopers noted clues that indicated she was driving while intoxicated. Vallario was also charged with unlawfully possessing a controlled substance.

Vallario supplied police with a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued traffic tickets ordering her to appear before the Town of Yorktown Court on March 12, 2015.
