Wappingers Falls woman charged with Grand Larceny

Wappinger, New York – On June 29, 2017, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Grace I. Chefalo, age 44, of Wappingers Falls, New York, for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Identity Theft in the Second Degree, both Class E Felonies.
An investigation revealed that Grace Chefalo possessed a stolen a credit card and used it to make fraudulent purchases totaling over $500.
Chefalo was arraigned at the Town of Wappinger Court, where she was released on her own recognizance. Her next appearance was scheduled for July 12, 2017, at 5:30 PM at the Town of Wappinger Court.
