State Police identify and arrest male subject accused of stealing a wallet at a LaGrange gas station

**UPDATE**  On June 26, 2017, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested 47-year-old John A. Fraioli of Saugerties, New York, for Grand Larceny in the 4thDegree, a Class E Felony.

The defendant turned himself over to authorities after observing his picture on the New York State Police Facebook page.   Fraioli was issued an Appearance Ticket directing him to appear in the Town of LaGrange Court on July 18, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

The State Police would like to thank the public who called in tips to further this investigation. An investigation determined that the other subject depicted in the photographs was not involved in the incident.

LaGrange, New York – The New York State Police from Poughkeepsie are seeking the public’s assistance to help identify the pictured suspects who were involved in the larceny of a wallet.

The incident occurred at the Exxon Mobil, located at 1502 Route 55, in the Town of LaGrange, on June 19, 2017 at approximately 9:50 pm. The subjects left the scene in a blue sedan.
