Kinderhook, New York – On June 12, 2017, New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested 48-year-old Anthony M. Lovullo, of Schodack Landing, New York, for Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

On June 5, 2017, Troopers were contacted by a Nassau man who reported that one of his employees was stealing money from his business.  A subsequent investigation revealed that Lovullo, employed by Jaime Scott’s Auto and Tire Center, was taking cash payments from customers for mechanic services, cancelling the sale in the computer, and pilfering the proceeds.

Lovullo was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Kinderhook Court on June 20, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
