Dover – Timothy Robinson 52 of Dover who is registered as a “lifetime” sex offender is back in jail after being busted on drug charges by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force.
Robinson has been remanded to the Dutchess County Jail after being arrested for a felony charge of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Robinson had sexual intercourse and sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in March 1992 in Nassau County and sentenced to between two and four years in state prison in July 1992.
