POUGHKEEPSIE, – A Poughkeepsie attorney is now facing additional charges of forcible touching after another person has come forward to police.
According to The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office a second person has come forward accusing 63-year-old Wayne Thatcher had inappropriately touched them.
Thatcher was first arrested in May for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with one of his clients.
The investigation is still ongoing and if anyone has any information, they are asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
