State Police Monroe arrest Highland man for Unlawful Surveillance

On June 1, 2017, the New York State Police in Monroe arrested Jesus E. Miranda age 22, of the Town of Highlands, County of Orange, New York for Unlawful Surveillance 2nd.  Miranda used his cell phone to take pictures and video of a woman while she was in the changing room of a department store located in the Town of Monroe.  Miranda was arraigned in the Town of Monroe Justice Court and remanded to the Custody of Orange County Jail in lieu of  $5,000 cash bail and $15,000 bond.
