AMY K. FENTON is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Binghamton on a bench warrant after failing to appear in court on the felony charge of Grand Larceny 4th degree. Her Bench Warrant was issued by the Town of Kirkwood Court on April 25, 2017. FENTON was originally arrested after stealing several tools valued at over $1,000.

Larry Goodman is wanted on a City of Hornell Court Bench Warrant. Goodman unlawfully entered the Village Café, located in the Village of Arkport in 2006, and was arrested on the above charges.

Wanted for burglary 3rd degree
Saxida Mahmudoski was arrested and convicted of Burglary in the 3rd Degree. An investigation revealed that Mahmudoski, along with an accomplice, broke into a home and stole copper piping and chain saws. After being convicted, Mahmudoski failed to show for sentencing and a warrant was issued for her arrest from the Orange County Court.

Wanted for criminal possession of marihuana 1st degree
ALBERT MASSICOT is wanted by the New York State Police in Poughkeepsie for charges stemming from a traffic stop that occurred in January of 2013. Massicot was found to possess of over 11 pounds of marihuana. He was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail following his arraignement. The LaGrange Court issued a warrant ordering Massicot’s arrest in February of 2013 when he failed to appear for court proceedings.

Katelyn K. Carmin is wanted on a Bench Warrant issued in February 2017 from the city of Albany Court for Failure to Appear after her January 2017 arrest on the above charge. During a traffic stop, Carmin impersonated her sister to avoid being ticketed. Her last known address was in the city of Rensselaer, NY.

MATTHEW T. ADAMS is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. On September 16, 2007, Adams was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for speeding. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Adams was intoxicated.

Carlos Palencia is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2012, Palencia was involved in an auto accident on the Southern State Parkway and was subsequently arrested on the above charges. Palencia was operating a blue Ford at the time of his arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Roosevelt, NY.
