Town of Lloyd Police reports the arrest for the following:
JERRY L. PITTMAN age: 49
Highland, NY
Pittman was arrested May 22nd and charged with Assault 3rd degree and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree after he was involved in a domestic dispute. Pittman was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Rizzo and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 insurance bond and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 23, 2017.
DOUGLAS D. HARRIS age: 45
Highland, NY
Harris was arrested May 28th and charged with Petit Larceny. He is accused of stealing approximately $130.00 worth of merchandise from the Hannaford Store in Highland. Harris was also wanted on a bench warrant for Petit Larceny. He was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Rizzo and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $5,000 insurance bond and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 06, 2017.
KENNETH R. HYLAND age: 22
Highland, NY
Hyland was arrested May 29th and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Rt. 9W in Highland. He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 13, 2017.
SEAN W. CRUZ-PACHECO age: 18
Wallkill, NY
Cruz was arrested May 27th and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 22, 2017.
FRANCIS D. VELLA age: 30
Suffern, NY
Vella was arrested May 27th and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Rt. 299 in Highland. Vella was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 15, 2017.
MEGAN D. BOYLE age: 31
Walden, NY
Boyle was arrested May 25th on a bench warrant for Petit Larceny from the Town of Newburgh Police. Boyle was turned over to Newburgh Police on the warrant.
