Wappinger, New York – On April 6, 2017, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested 28-year-old Kristopher J. Wilson, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.

At approximately 12:25 a.m., Troopers stopped a Dodge Pick-up truck traveling east on Myers Corners Road for failing to maintain its lane of travel.  A subsequent investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Wilson, was intoxicated at the time of the stop.  Wilson was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction from 2013.

Wilson was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Wappinger Court on April 20, 2017 and released to a sober party.
