NYC man arrested for possession of gun, drugs and stolen property in Pawling

State Police in Dover Plains arrested 28 year-old, Aaron J. Cintron from New York City for Criminal Possession of Weapon 2^nd (Felony), Criminal Possession of Marihuana 3^rd (Felony), and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5^th (Misdemeanor).

On Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Cintron was encountered by a State Trooper while parked at a rest area in Pawling, NY.  Subsequent investigation revealed that he was in possession of stolen license plates, a firearm, and a large quantity of marihuana.  Cintron was taken into custody without incident.  He was arraigned in the Town of Pawling Court and was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 cash/ $20,000 bond.
