PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police in Montgomery report the arrest of Ransford Perry, age 68, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching, both Misdemeanors.
The investigation revealed that in October of 2016, Mr. Perry inappropriately touched a victim who was under the age of 17.
Mr. Perry was arraigned in the Town of New Windsor Court before Town Justice Thorpe and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash bail with a return date of April 11, 2017.
