Funeral service for Mary M. Senecal, age 69 of Ogdensburg will be held on Friday (March 31, 2017) at 11:00am at Notre Dame Church with Rev. F. James Shurtleff officiating. Burial will be in the spring at Notre Dame Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2:00-7:00pm at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home. Mrs. Senecal passed away at Crouse Irving Hospital in Syracuse surrounded by her loving family.

Surviving is her husband Jerry; and their four children Robert Senecal of DeKalb, Patricia (Danny) Sawicki Lackawanna NY of Jeffrey (Kim) Senecal of Wassaic NY, Francis Senecal of Plattsburgh; Three brothers Donald (Christine) Limoges of Fountain Inn SC, Francis (Nora) Limoges of Amarillo TX and Gregory (Kathy) Limoges of Ogdensburg; Sisters Karen Bogart of Ogdensburg and Catherine (Philip) Priest of Springfield TN; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews & cousins.

Three brothers Robert, David and Maurice Limoges predeceased her.

Mary was born on August 22, 1947 in Ogdensburg NY, a daughter of the late Leo & Margaret (Ashley) Limoges. She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy and later married Jerry Senecal on November 23, 1968 at Notre Dame Church.

Mary began her career as a therapy aide at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in 1966 where she worked until her retirement in 1991. She was a member of Notre Dame Church and enjoyed Bingo, reading, traveling and will always be known as being a loving mother and wife. Mary enjoyed reminiscing with family and friends.
