New Jersey Man Arrested for Public Lewdness and Exposure of a Person

On March 18, 2017 the New York State Police in Monroe arrested John R. Parkyn, age 48, from Hewitt, New Jersey for Public Lewdness and Exposure of a Person.
Parkyn, while operating his vehicle and traveling northbound on Interstate 87 in the Village of Tuxedo, was observed masturbating by a female operating a vehicle that was traveling next to him. While engaged in the act, Parkyn kept looking towards the female’s vehicle while traveling in an adjacent lane to her vehicle. A 911 call was placed to report the incident.
Parkyn was arrested for Public Lewdness and Exposure of a Person and issued an appearance ticket to appear on April 27, 2017 at 4:30pm in the Village of Tuxedo Court.
