On those dates, Trakney engaged in a physical altercation and choked the victim, which occurred in the presence of a two-year-old child.

MATTHEW GIGON is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant issued October 28, 2016 from Oswego Town Court. Gigon is wanted for failing to appear in court on October 24, 2016 for the charge of Unlawfully Dealing with a child in the first degree. He was arrested on September 20, 2015 after he sold an alcoholic beverage to an underage male while being employed at a local store in the Town of Oswego.

D’ZHANRE HERRING is wanted by the State Police & the Town of Cortlandt Court following her November of 2015 arrest. Herring was charged with possessing over $1,000 worth of stolen merchandise subsequent to a larceny investigation. The Town of Cortlandt Court issued a warrant ordering her arrest in May of 2016 when she failed to appear for court proceedings. Herring’s last known address was in Marlborough, NY.

Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, bail jumping
Jennifer Voltz was arrested after she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation in the Town of Lloyd. An investigation revealed that VOTZ had an active arrest warrant out of the Town of Poughkeepsie. A search of the vehicle yielded heroin, crack-cocaine, needles and a crack pipe. Voltz failed to return to court to answer the charges and an arrest warrant was issued for her arrest out of the Town of Lloyd court. She failed to return to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
