East Fishkill Police Receive re-Accreditation.
In December the East Fishkill Police Department was accessed by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services to determine the renewal of our State Accreditation. The process is a rigorous one which checks our Rules, Regulations and Policies as well as other things which include the standards and training of our Officers.
On March 2nd Chief Kevin Keefe, Lt. Matt Orsino, Sgt Derrick Cuccia and Town Councilman Peter Cassidy traveled to D.C.J.S. in Albany to receive our Certification from the Accreditation Council. The East Fishkill Police Dept. has now been accredited since 1992. The longest accredited agency in Dutchess County.
