Sharon Ct Man charged with Criminal Possession of Heroin and Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument
ARREST: Members of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Danielle B. Ashman, 21, of Sharon, CT. She was charged with the misdemeanors of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument.
On March 8, 2017, at about 1:15 AM, deputies responded to a residence in the Town of Ulster to assist the Town of Woodstock Police with a warrant investigation. Deputies located Ms. Ashman, who was operating a vehicle occupied by a subject wanted by the Town of Woodstock Police. Further investigation revealed Ms. Ashman was in possession of a quantity of heroin and two hypodermic needles.
Ms. Ashman was released with an appearance ticket to return to the Town of Ulster Court on a later date.
