Two Ulster County Men Arrested for Burglary

On March 5, 2017 State Police Highland responded to the report of a burglary that just occurred on Libertyville Road in the Town of Gardiner. As a result of the investigation the following subjects were charged. 

Jeromy Wood age 24 of Plattekill NY charged with

Burglary in the 2^nd degree a Class D Felony

Resisting Arrest a Class A Misdemeanor

 

Frank Pratt age 27 of Wallkill NY charged with

Burglary in the 2^nd degree a Class D Felony

 

Both subjects were arraigned before Town of Gardiner Justice Hon. Robert Rich and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in Lieu of 25k cash 50k bond bail
