Dover man arrested for grand larceny
AMSTERDAM NY — Nicholas A. Totino, 32, of 160 Holsapple Road, Dover Plains, was arrested by the Montgomery County sheriff’s office Saturday and charged with grand larceny.
Deputies said Totino was arrested when police responded to Target in the town of Amsterdam for a reported larceny of merchandise valued in excess of $1,000.
Totino was arraigned in Town Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
