Plattekill Man Arrested for Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine

PRESS RELEASE 

On February 23, 2017 State Police at Highland received a call regarding the possible production of Methamphetamine in the Town of Plattekill.  Troopers responded to a residence on Huckleberry Turnpike and as a result of the investigation a Search Warrant signed by Town of Gardiner Justice Hon. Robert Rich was executed.    Due to the nature of the materials on scene, the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT) responded and executed the search warrant.   As a result of the investigation FRANKLIN A HALLOCK, age 37, of Plattekill, NY was charged with the following:

Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree a Class D Felony.
Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine Materials in the 2nd degree a Class A Misdemeanor.
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree a Class E Felony
Six counts of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree a Class A Misdemeanor.

HALLOCK was arraigned before Town of Plattekill Justice Annamaria Maciocia and remanded to the Ulster County jail in lieu of 10,000 cash bail 20,000 bond.
